+ We care about your business. We add and optimize ‘value’ for you.

We care as much about your business as you do. All of our services, processes, and the way we manage our engagements is designed to do just that. Our only objective is to help you get started as quickly, effectively, and efficiently as possible. Most businesses have a tendency to minimize costs. Minimizing costs without concurrently maximizing benefits can hurt your business. We are here to help create ‘optimum value’ for your business. We do not work on commission and our agency model is in no way meant to imply that. When we hire a third party on your behalf, we always keep in mind that we are using ‘your’ money, and keep an eye on whatever they do from the perspective of your brand. We only charge for our time to manage the scope of third party work.

 
+ We don’t treat you based on your budget.

We don’t charge you based on your budget. That is not fair, actually it is unethical. We only charge for our time and services, no matter how much you have in your budget. You can either afford it or not, but it is unfair to charge hugely different amounts to different clients based on their available funds. And you cannot believe how often people in creative businesses do that. That’s why we have created an upfront and transparent pricing policy.

 
+ We don’t do next-day logos.

If you just need a logo and business card for tomorrow, please consult with online logo factories, your neighbor, or Microsoft Word and Kinko’s. Strategic creative services is no ‘commodity’. We are talking about the future of your business. We have a proprietary process that ensures high quality work in a timely fashion, and there is a reason we have developed such a complex process. Anything else any other way simply does not work.

 
+ We are not in business to confirm everything you say.

Most business people have a tendency to confirm everything their client says. Their motto is: “The customer is always right!” Well, not always! That would just be unfair to the client, especially in our line of work. We do not, under any circumstance, help you hurt your business. Some of our clients tend to interfere too much with our creative processes or suggest alternatives that are not acceptable, especially when it comes to visuals. We don’t ignore your input, but we don’t do exactly as you suggest if it is not right from a strategic or artistic perspective. We do, however, try to understand what it is that you want, and do it in the smartest possible way, to your satisfaction, guaranteed!

+ We are professionals. We do not provide free services.

Simply for two reasons: 1- We are a for-profit company and we need to stay in business like you do. 2- When anyone gets anything for free, they usually take it for granted, or not as seriously. Every now and then, we may offer complimentary services, but we are professionals and those services are designed to create a win-win situation. We keep accurate and detailed timesheets for the services we provide, and our clients have always been more than satisfied with our work and have not defaulted on their payments. That is the only way we can manage our costs and provide higher quality services at affordable rates.
