Our proprietary process consists of five major phases: research, strategy, identity design, touchpoint creation, and launch and asset management. Phases are underlined by interviews, audits, analyses, syntheses, reviews, and approvals, as part of the external engagement with your company, in addition to our internal project management practices. Our proprietary Protein Brand Synthesis ProcessTM starts with the complimentary Protein DiagnosticsTM tool and consultation. At the end of the day, nobody wants to build a brand around a questionable idea. While this step is free of charge, it is comprehensive and we deem it essential for getting to know each other, as well as helping you validate and better frame your idea, irrespective of your decision to work with us. Throughout this step, we will get deeper insights into your company, competition, target market, and complementary products and services. If you choose to work with us after this step, you will also fill out our HeadStart Form, through which we understand your needs and plans. Once we gather all the information about your business and needs, we start working on your brand strategy, which is about identifying, building, and promoting your message to your target market. We carve out your niche, differentiate your products/services with respect to your competition, and then we position 'the new you' in your market. During the brand identity design phase, we identify the best name for your company and products/services, and develop your byline, tagline, and mantra, along with your brand story, all based on your brand strategy. This step is followed immediately by graphic representation of the verbal messages and concurrently by online branding. Once the designs are finalized, touchpoints are identified, prioritized, and various applications of your new identity are created. The brand architecture is also developed at this stage, as well as initiation of trademark and other protections.
